Why train with Med-Arb-International

Our Process
Training with Med-Arb-International
Day 1
- We will provide the theoretical knowledge of the different types of alternative dispute resolution procedures.
- We will explore the first two stages of the mediation process which will include preparing for the mediation and learning the art of making a good opening.
- We will provide interactive sessions with mock exercises and provide feedback to the students.
Day 2
- We will develop on the skills that we learnt on day one. Our expert tutors will provide insight experience of the skills required to become an affective mediator.
- Further exercises and roll play will continue and cement the foundations developed on day one.
Day 3
- On day three we will focus on the remaining 3 stages of the mediation process including exploration; negotiation and closing the mediation.
- We will provide further role play; detailed feedback and peer feedback.
- At the end of day three you will have understood the five stages of mediation and have had the opportunity to practise the various aspects in the mediation process in mock roleplays.
